Purpose for One’s Life

Isaiah 40:31 But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

It is absolutely imperative that, as soldiers, we realize that the battle is in the hands of the Captain of the Lord’s host, Jesus Christ. It is only in His strength that victory can be attained. He is the One who sets up and pulls down, He is the One who says wait or go forward. He is the One who will accomplish His purpose in His time, and nothing can stop Him.
